There is currently no Minimum order quantities for our normal range of products, therefore we can send out a welcome to the team treats as and when required, we can still apply discounts to such orders depending on your requirements. We may need to issue a minimum order quantity for any custom or bespoke recipes or products that are not part of our normal range. By normal range, we mean anything readily available on our website.
We can produce a vast number of cookies, currently, our maximum threshold per day is as follows:

10-Inch Fully Loaded Cookies – 1000 Cookies
6-Inch Cookie Cards – 1200 cookies
4-Inch Treat size cookies – 3000 cookies
8-Inch Brownies personalised – 350 Brownies
6-inch Brownies Personalised – 650 Brownies
Don’t worry if your potential order exceeds these thresholds, as we will produce your order over a few days. We often exceed these daily values for our corporate clients.
No. We have a number of corporate clients who purchase one or two cookies a week for various reasons such as welcoming a new colleague to the team. We will simply provide a permanent discount code for you to use and in some cases where there are special design requests we can set up an entire product inventory just for your company that only you will have access to.
We offer 4inch, 6 inch, 10-Inch giant cookies along with our range of brownies, we also have a range of handmade fudges and Turkish delights, We also have Gluten-free and Vegan Options available so that no-one misses out on our ever so tasty treats.
Our Giant 10inch personalised cookies and our smaller 4-Inch treat cookies are available in 5 different flavours.
These can be provided with or without personalisation.
We now offer gift cards, This will allow you to gift a treat and allow the recipient to choose when they want it and what they prefer.
We can offer a bespoke product or treat box featuring cookies, brownies, fudge and even sweets.
The possibilities are endless.
All products can be personalised and we can print your branding and message on an A5 gift card to place in the box.
All dietary, nutritional and allergen information will be listed on each product.

There is no need to place individual orders on our website for tens of addresses, whether it is 1 address or 600 addresses, simply provide the delivery names and addresses with your preferred treat options and we will do the rest.
Here is a quick breakdown of our ordering process
We will email you a CSV file for you to fill out and return with your recipient’s details (Name, Address, Gift Message, Dietary requirements)
An invoice will be generated usually for the consignment as a whole, however, we can accommodate multiple invoices if department expenses need to be separated.
This email will include a link to the payment page. We offer several payment options to be as flexible and hassle-free as possible.
Once the recipient details and payment are received, Your order will then be booked in and dispatched on your chosen date.
Shipping is charged per address: from £3.30 Royal Mail 24 (1-3 days) £4.99 Royal Mail tracked 24 (1-3days) This is a tracked service that will enable you to monitor each item progress once dispatched.
Along with our typical range, we offer Vegan and Gluten-Free options.
We can customise any ingredients to cater to your needs, for example, no chocolate or just milk chocolate. We have our Gluten-free items tested on a batch by batch basis to ensure they are safe for consumption by those who have celiac disease.
We can make a bespoke recipe just for you if you require something unique to your company.
All our products are covered by our allergen policy and we are fully insured.

we can give you a discount no matter the size of your order, the value of the discount is dependant on the size of your order starting from 10%.
We recognise that every client and event is different including that budget, therefore we will work with you and tailor-make each order in line with what’s best for you.
There are many ways to do this from drawing your branding on the treats to adding special flyers and cards in the package with a special message. Possibilities are limited by imagination.
